My sufferings are growing through you !

My sufferings are growing through you ,

All that I AM growing anew ,

The blood , the stripes , the words you know ,

Persecution that just seems to grow and grow ,

My very essence speaking and flowing through you ,

Oh ! but as you suffer I become new ,

For it is heaven in you I desire to prolong ,

For as you suffer your flesh falls behind ,

And all your words now become mine ,

A beautiful tapestry sung just for me ,

Each stitch woven in perfect harmony ,

My kingdom then comes alive in you ,

And the Father's will is ALL you do !

For as Joshua and Joseph died before me ,

As Commander and Chief your surrender sets Me free ~ ~ ~ ,

To do in you ,

All "I AM" is to do ,

My Father's will through and through . . .

 1 Peter 1:10-13

10Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched intently and with the greatest care, 11trying to find out the time and circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. 12It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things.

Be Holy 13Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed

  John 4:1-3

Jesus and the Samaritan Woman

Jesus[a] knew the Pharisees had heard that he was baptizing and making more disciples than John 2 (though Jesus himself didn’t baptize them—his disciples did). 3 So he left Judea and returned to Galilee.

Genesis 50:25-26 (Amplified Bible)

25And Joseph took an oath from the sons of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and you will carry up my bones from here.

26So Joseph died, being 110 years old; and they embalmed him, and he was put [a]in a coffin in Egypt.

Joshua 5:13-15

The Fall of Jericho

13 Now when Joshua was near Jericho, he looked up and saw a man standing in front of him with a drawn sword in his hand. Joshua went up to him and asked, “Are you for us or for our enemies?”

14 “Neither,” he replied, “but as commander of the army of the LORD I have now come.” Then Joshua fell facedown to the ground in reverence, and asked him, “What message does my Lord have for his servant?”

15 The commander of the LORD’s army replied, “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy.” And Joshua did so.
